Lucky 15: April 24

Miss Sheridan

MICK Easterby has his string in fine form and MISS SHERIDAN (5.40 Pontefract) was a decisive winner on her reappearance at Redcar. She made all and stayed on strongly to win with a bit in hand. Today she bids to follow up at Pontefract and despite a 6lb rise she should have enough in her locker to win with the claimer Harrison Shaw taking off 7lb. Best price 11/4

ART COLLECTION (3.05 Pontefract) is enjoying a new lease of life since his move to Ruth Carr and already has two victories at Newcastle. He has to cope with a 9lb rise and is on his highest ever mark. But sprinters in form can be deadly and he can complete the treble. 13/2

AUNTIE PAM (2.10 Kempton) showed tonnes of speed on her Lingfield debut despite a bad draw and is fancied to go one better today. Corinthia Knight was impressive on his debut but may struggle to give the selection 7lb. 10/3

RAGTIME RED (4.25 Navan) was Ger Lyons’ first juvenile runner at Dundalk and ran a nice first race staying on to be fifth. He has an Aidan O’Brien hotpot to beat today but the benefit of a race could prove decisive and I think he could be overpriced. The yard is in sterling form. 11/1
